Book
●This photography collection is a product of the author's dreams and reality intertwined, a journey pursued through the cracks of time and space.
In designing this book, I aimed for each photograph to feel like a beam of light cutting through the mist, leading the viewer into a world where reality and dreamlike ambiguity coexist. The design of the book is devoid of excessive decoration; each page presents itself in the simplest way, without interrupting the viewer’s gaze, leaving only the purest images. The layout of the pages resembles casual steps—sometimes slow, sometimes hurried—much like the author’s fragments captured in the Isle of Man, Guangzhou, and Shanghai, as if they are pieces of shattered time, carrying with them a sense of spontaneous disorientation and silent waiting. The black-and-white images and the blank pages echo each other, with no clear boundaries or excessive explanations, only a spatial breath that allows everything to flow simply and naturally. The images intertwine, collectively telling a story born from the movement of time.
I hope you, too, can see your own dreams in these images, feeling an emotional stir in the overlapping light and shadows.
